Stephen P. Lagoy, a partner at Unruh Turner Burke and Frees, P.C., was selected by the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution to serve as a mediator in the Representation in Mediation National Competition held in Washington, D.C. on April 18 and 19. The competition brought together teams of students from law schools around the country who qualified for the National Competition by winning at the regional level. The competition was held in conjunction with the 14th annual spring conference of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution. Lagoy is co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Chester County Bar Association and is a mediator and neutral arbitrator in the firm’s West Chester office.
