Theodore F. Claypoole was recently elected as Treasurer of the Housing Authority of the County of Chester. Mr. Claypoole currently serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority, which was established in 1963 to meet the housing needs of low and very low income residents of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Claypoole is a partner in the law firm of Unruh Turner Burke & Frees. His practice focuses on business and real estate law. He represents companies of all sizes in all stages of development ranging from formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, to corporate governance and day-to-day general business and operational matters.
