The Chester County Bar Association held its annual Law Day Luncheon on Friday, May 4, 2018. The luncheon is held annually to celebrate Law Day, and to recognize Chester County students with awards for their poster and essay submissions. This year’s theme was “Separation of Powers – Framework for Freedom.” Several awards were given for winning posters, and two Charles E. Swope Scholarships of $5,000.00 each were given to two graduating seniors based on the strength of their essays. Amanda J. Sundquist serves as Chair for the Bar Association’s Law Day Committe. UTBF was happy to have had the honor of announcing the two Swope scholarship winners.
