Stephen P. Lagoy has been named co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Chester County Bar Association. A graduate of the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University Law School, Lagoy serves as a mediator and neutral arbitrator for parties involved in personal injury, commercial, and Orphans’ Court litigation.
