Reagan is an associate in the Firm’s Municipal and School Law department. Her practice is focused on providing legal guidance and representation to municipalities, school districts, and other governmental entities. She also works with both public and private clients on land use, development and zoning matters.
Reagan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Dickinson School of Law in 2024, where she actively participated in the International Law Society and volunteered her time with the Name Change Assistance Pop-up Clinics. These clinics provided legal assistance to local communities, guiding individuals through the legal name change process, a project that combined her legal skills with her passion for community service.
Reagan is a member of both the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She also serves as a member of the Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation, reflecting her interest in safeguarding cultural and historical assets through legal advocacy.
Though born and raised in Mississippi, Reagan fell in love with Pennsylvania while attending Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle and chose to pursue her legal career in municipal, school, and land use law closer to the suburban Philadelphia region. She has since made Chester County her home and is dedicated to serving the local community.
