Dan LePera is an associate in the firm’s real estate and business transactions practice group who assists clients with real estate transactions, business formations and acquisitions, and other general business matters. He serves a variety of clients across multiple industries, including but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate, industrial/manufacturing, and municipal.
In addition to being a skilled communicator and a trustworthy advisor, Dan maintains a positive attitude and brings a passion for the law to each and every matter. He is relationship-driven and a true partner to his clients, always demonstrating compassion and a willingness to listen. As a problem solver, Dan has the ability to quickly identify client concerns and execute according to his or her needs and objectives.
Dan was recognized as a “Best Lawyer in America: Ones to Watch” by the U.S. News & World Report 2021 Edition and was named to the 2020 “Top Lawyers” list by Main Line Today magazine.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department, where he contributed to high-profile City matters by reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a variety of contractual agreements associated with the acquisition and sale, leasing and development of property.
Outside of the firm, Dan enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
