Pennsylvania Senator Jake Corman and State Treasurer Rob McCord have asked Commonwealth Court to order mediation of their lawsuit against the National Collegiate Athletic Association, in the hope of determining the use of Penn State University sanction funds as soon as possible. Their request was filed with the court came after they received an exchange of correspondence from lawyers for Penn State and the NCAA.
