Amanda Grant recently volunteered her time through the Chester County Bar Association’s Access to Justice Program to help a client through the process of a Petition to Modify Custody Order. This program provides free legal services for the working poor who don’t qualify for Legal Aid services; however do not earn enough to afford an attorney. Amanda assisted a guardian of minors in a very complicated custody action. A favorable result was achieved for the client, and it was rewarding experience for Amanda to help a Chester County family in need.
