Amanda Sundquist was the co-chair and a panelist for the continuing legal education program “Introduction to Legal Issues Related to Bullying” at the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division 2013 Fall Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. Amanda lectured on legal obligations that schools and other entities may have with respect to bullying and harassment and practical guidance for preventing, investigating and resolving allegations of bullying. In particular, Amanda focused on the intersection of bullying under state law and harassment under federal law and schools’ resulting obligations. Amanda focuses her practice in the areas of municipal, land use, zoning and school law.
