Amanda Sundquist participated in the Chester County Association of Township Officials’ Education Committee’s program “Child Protective Services Law” on September 23, 2015. Amanda served as moderator of the program. The panelists discussed among other topics, the definition of child abuse, mandatory and permissive reporters and the reporting process, new township obligations under the Law for its employees and volunteers, required background checks, privacy and maintenance requirements for the background checks. Attendees included representatives Amanda is a member of the Association’s Education Committee and also serves as the Secretary to the Association’s Affiliate Members Council. Her practice is focused in the areas of municipal, land use, zoning and school law.
