Two attorneys, Theodore F. Claypoole and Amanda J. Sundquist were recently named as “Lawyers on the Fast Track” for 2010 by the Legal Intelligencer, the nation’s oldest law journal. The designation is awarded annually to thirty attorneys who represent the next generation of attorneys in Pennsylvania. This year, Theo and Amanda were the only two attorneys from Chester County who were awarded this designation.
Theo Claypoole concentrates his practice in the representation of business, tax-exempt entities, and developers, sellers, and purchasers of commercial and residential real estate, including new or existing small to mid-size businesses, land development and construction companies, and commercial landlords.
Amanda Sundquist focuses her practice in the Municipal, Land Use and Zoning, and School Law practice areas, and counsels both private developers and individual homeowners on a variety of development issues.
