John K. Fiorillo, Andrew D.H. Rau and David M. Frees, III, were named as Super Lawyers for 2011 by Super Lawyers® magazine. Only five percent of the attorneys in Pennsylvania are recognized as Super Lawyers®. Mr. Fiorillo is a commercial litigator concentrating his practice in creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and tax assessments. Mr. Rau’s practice focuses in the areas of municipal and school law, real estate, zoning and land use, as well as governmental law. Mr. Rau currently serves as both lead counsel and special counsel for school districts, townships, boroughs and zoning hearing boards throughout Chester County. Mr. Frees heads the firm’s Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Section and co-chairs the Elder Law Solutions section of the firm.
Also recognized were Brian D. Boreman and Theodore F. Claypoole, who were each named as 2011 Rising Stars by Super Lawyers® magazine. Rising Stars is a listing of premier attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Pennsylvania are named Rising Stars. Mr. Boreman concentrates his practice representing employers in the areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Claypoole’s practice focuses on commercial transactions and business organizations, land use and construction, real estate and tax exempt organizations.
