Stephen P. Lagoy authored an article “Mediating Estate Disputes” which appeared in the February, 2013 edition of the Philadelphia Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section Newsletter. Mr. Lagoy is a partner at Unruh Turner Burke & Frees and co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Chester County Bar Association. He regularly serves as mediator or neutral arbitrator for parties involved in civil disputes.
