Firm partner Steve Lagoy served as a panelist in two Chester County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution continuing legal education seminars on October 4, 2016 titled “Mediating Disputes in Different Contexts” and “Self Determination in Mediation – What is it?” Steve is Co-chair of the CCBA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and is often called upon by both private parties (including Fortune 50 companies) and the judiciary to serve as a mediator or neutral arbitrator in commercial, injury and probate cases.
