Pennsylvania Bar Association President, David E. Schwager, has re-appointed Steve Lagoy to the PBA Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) Committee for a one-year term.
The Legislative Committee follows the progress of legislative initiatives that impact alternative dispute resolution, consults as necessary, and works with the PBA to support legislation that advances ADR practices in the Commonwealth.
