The Chester County Bar Foundation Law Day Ceremony took place on May 1, 2024, at the Chester County Justice Center. Law Day was established in 1958 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower to celebrate the rule of law in a free society.
Amanda Sundquist, Chair of the 2024 Law Day Event Committee, worked closely with Chester County Bar Association staff and the committee to plan Law Day, She had the pleasure of presenting the awards to the winners of the Law Day Poster Art Contest for students in Grades 1 through 12.
During the ceremony, Asha I. Steele was admitted to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas along with several new Chester County attorneys.
Ryan M. Jennings, Chair of the Chester County Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division, had the honor of presenting an award to the 2024 Chester County Mock Trial Competition Champions from B. Reed Henderson High School.
