Super Lawyers® magazine has once again recognized multiple attorneys from Unruh Turner Burke & Frees. William J. Burke, III, David M. Frees, III, John K. Fiorillo, Stephen P. Lagoy,Andrew D.H. Rau and Thomas R. Wilson were named as Super Lawyers® for 2012. The Super Lawyers® selection process is a multiphase process whereby candidates are evaluated on peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of the attorneys in Pennsylvania are recognized as Super Lawyers®.
For the third consecutive year Brian D. Boreman and Theodore F. Claypoole from the firm were named as Rising Stars. The selection process includes asking lawyers to nominate the best attorneys who are under 40, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. The list is then vetted through an attorney led research team to ensure a diverse and well-balanced list. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Pennsylvania are named Rising Stars. Unruh Turner Burke & Frees was founded in 1990 with a commitment to provide clients with the highest quality legal representation.
