Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees recently sponsored a Land Use Seminar organized by the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association. The Land Use Seminar was held at the Villanova Conference Center on Friday, October 8th. Land Planners, attorneys, engineers and decision-makers attended the Seminar which focused on Smart Growth practices. Ray Ott, Jr. of Ray Ott & Associates gave a presentation on form base zoning and the process of incorporating comprehensive planning changes into zoning ordinances.
