Congratulations to Attorneys Stephen P. Lagoy on being reappointed to Pennsylvania Bar Association Committees. PBA President, Sharon R. Lopez re-appointed Mr. Lagoy and Ms. Glidden to serve on the PBA Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee.
The ADR Committee works on addressing current issues in mediation and arbitration, including promoting professional education programs, monitoring legislation that impacts the practice of ADR, and studying and recommending practice standards for ADR professionals.
Members of the Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility Committee respond to attorney inquiries regarding the Rules of Professional Conduct. Members of the Committee also review and recommend changes the RPCs and draft ethics opinions.
